These legal terms (the “Legal Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“You”, which is any individual or entity using the Services) and Inner Radiance Pte Ltd (“Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our”) concerning your access to and use of our services and products (collectively, the “Services”). You agree that by making a payment, partial or full, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the Legal Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING the Services.

SERVICES

·      Services expiration dates are calculated from the date of first session booked. All sales are final and non-refundable. Services can be transferred to another user.

·      We reserve the right to refuse admission at any time if you use our service under the influence of alcohol or mind-altering drugs.

·      We reserve the right to refuse admission for any reason, without prior notice or liability. You will be notified of your revocation. Unused portion of the Services will be transferred to another user selected by You and approved by the Company.

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

As a user of the Services, You agree to:

·      Not move, touch or interfere with any part of the EESystem.

·      Refrain from any behavior that disturbs, intimidate, or harasses other users and Our staff.

·      Speak with kindness and respect. Do not disparage, tarnish, or otherwise harm, in our opinion, us and/or the Services. 

·      Remove reviews created by You about the Company and/or Our Services from any social media platform immediately upon Our request.

INDEMNIFICATION

·      You agree that the Company (including its officers, employees, partners, agents) does not dispense medical services, medical advice, or prescribe the Services as a form of treatment for any mental, physical, or medical problems, either directly or indirectly.

·      You voluntarily participate in the Services and accept the Services “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, and without any warranty. The Company expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, with respect to the Services. The Company makes no representation that the Services will meet your expectations, achieve any intended results, or meet any performance or reliability standards.

·      You understand the Company will not take responsibility for any risks when You use our Services. You assume all risks and agree that You, on behalf of yourself and your personal representatives, executors, heirs, family members, successors, and assigns, hereby knowingly and voluntarily covenant not to sue and agree to waive, release and discharge and covenant not to sue the Company, and all of its representatives from any liabilities, loss, cost, damage, expense, claim or suit whatsoever from any and all injuries, loss, illness, death, expense, suit or damage related to your using the Services.

·      You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Us (including its officers, employees, partners, agents) harmless against any claim, injury, demand, damage, loss (to persons or property) brought by You, or any individual or other entity.
